I help companies and leaders create sustainable change through, international experience and sensible leadership.

For more than 30 years I have worked with leadership, business development and change management. I have held global leadership roles in automative, chemistry, pharmaceuticals and IT industry, and have been active in Asia for more than eight years with placements in India and Thailand. 

As an operational CEO, senior leader and chairman of the board, I have seen that successful change is rarely about the strategy itself. It is about the people, the culture and the ability to translate ambitions into action. 

These experiences form the basis of my work as an advisor and author, as well as the development of my leadership perspective Sensible Leadership – an approach that combines business acumen, human behavior and long-term responsibility. 

Today I work as an advisor, lecturer and author.
